Institute for Energy & Environmental Research

The Institute for Energy & Environmental Research (IEER) is a very well established and respected research organization based in Takoma Park, Maryland.  For several decades, they have helped grassroots organizations understand and fully leverage science in their important advocacy work.

In 2008, they kicked off a national campaign to educate the public on how we can achieve a carbon free energy future without the use of nuclear power.  To effectively do this, they needed a website to post information on the campaign as well as allow organizational coalition members to use the website to tell people what is going on in their states.

Dharmatech built the IEER site to allow various states to login, IEER to moderate, as well as allow for blogs, comments, and other interactive features.
