Park Avenue Synagogue

Park Avenue Synagogue (PAS) asked us to create a new design and develop their site in Drupal.  We brought in our friend Giles Wallace, from Attune Events, to help us with designing their new look.

The project was done a week early and on budget thanks to our agile software development approach.  With our collective team velocity we were able to not only develop the system inline with Park Avenue's business goals but also were able to provide additional functionality not included in their original requirements.

Highlights include:

• Quick view of today's events
• Customized calendar to easily navigate to other months/years
• Membership application
• Staff and Board pages dynamically generated from user accounts, roles and profiles
• Intranet for Board meetings which include agenda, meeting materials, past and upcoming events
• Summer camp restricted pages so counselors can share news, events, and bulletins

Thanks to Beryl Chernov (Executive Director) and Lawrence Conley (Director of Media) for having the understanding of the organizations needs, putting in the required hours every week to get their tasks done, and drinking the Dharmatech "kool-aid"!
