Utah PAWS

Dharmatech provided UtahPAWS (Pets and Wildland Safety) with a system that is straightforward and easy to use.  UtahPAWS is a new organization that works to raise awareness of the danger that trapping poses to domestic animals, and to provide basic safety and rescue information to pet owners.

We provided a site that:

• Allowed their small, volunteer-run organization to easily add and edit content
• Featured a discussion board where people can post comments about traps that they come across on Utah's public lands.  Utah PAWs has the ability to moderate these comments as they are posted.

Later phases of the project will involve incorporating some of Drupal's great mapping features to pinpoint exactly where traps have been found so Utahns can make informed decisions about where to safely take their pets.
